Annunciation Online Giving Now Available!
Giving to Annunciation Church in support of its many ministries and services is now easier than ever with online giving!
Many of us pay our bills online - we even automate those payments to ensure our bills are not paid late! It's also possible to automate your church giving.
Our secure system allows you to conveniently make donations online. You can choose to make a one-time contribution or establish a recurring weekly or monthly contribution. Best of all, you don't need to remember to write a check or bring your offering to church - it's already taken care of!

Instructions:
- Download the "Vanco Mobile Faith Engagement" App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your smartphone.
- Search for our Church: "Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church" (64 Hershey Ave., Lancaster, PA)
- Login using your existing Vanco username and password, or first time users may create a new account
- Enter payment method and start giving!
- You may set up recurring stewardship giving (every week, every two weeks, or monthly) directly from the app.
Online Giving FAQs
Q: Is it safe to give online?
Yes. In many ways giving online is safer than writing a check because an electronic gift cannot be lost or stolen. The security of the system is continually managed by Vanco Services. Vanco utilizes the highest Interent security practices and provides secure and confidential transactions for over 23,000 organizations including various business, nonprofit organizations, and other parishes.
Q: What types of funding sources can I use?
You can give online from your checking account or savings account or via debit or credit card transaction.
We ask that if you use a card that you consider giving an additional 2.75% to help us cover the card transaction fees. There is an option to automatically calculate and include this when setting up your donation.
Q: Are there any fees involved with giving online?
Not to you. You will not pay any fees with an online gift. In addition, online gifts are a more cost-efficient way for the church to process donations.
Q: Do I need to create a user account?
You do not need to create a user account to donate one-time contributions. However, creating an account allows you to view your complete contribution history and set up an automatic donation plan. You can also change your donation plan frequency, amount, or payment method at any time.
Q: Can I make a one-time contribution?
Yes. The system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution. For a one-time contribution, you can designate that the contribution should be made immediately or, for both one-time and recurring contributions, you can schedule the contributions to come out of your bank account on the date(s) specified by you.
Q: If I want to set-up a recurring gift, what are my options for frequency of my gift?
For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.
Q: Can I change my personal information or the amount or the frequency of my gift once I have set it up?
Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next contribution. Simply log in to the system using your user name and password and make the necessary changes in the system.
Q: Can I review my donation history online?
Yes. The site will allow you to view and print the complete history of your contributions that have been given online.
Q: What happens if I forget my login id or password?
When you create your account, you determine your own log n ID and password. If you forget them, the system can email them to you. You can also change your password at any time. We will never call you to ask for your login information.
Q: Will I still receive regular contribution statements from the church?
Yes. The church will continue to send year-end contribution statements to your address on file for tax purposes.
Q: When will contributions be withdrawn from my account?
Contributions will be withdrawn from your specified bank account within 48 business hours of the date you request. This time frame allows for the contribution to process through your bank and the church's bank. If the date of your contribution falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transaction will be initiated on the next banking day.
Q: Can I designate my gift to a particular cause?
Gifts can be given to Stewardship, as a Memorial Contribution (please specify for whom the contribution is in memory of), or towards another designated purpose as listed on the giving page. Parents of our Annunciation Preschool students may also make tuition payments online under the Preschool tab of the parish website.
Q: How will I know that I set up my gift correctly?
Immediately after submitting your contribution, you will receive an e-mail verifying your contribution.
Q: Can I access my account and make donations from a mobile device like my phone? Yes. You may download the "Vanco Mobile Faith Engagement" app for your phone or mobile device. Once you download the app, find your church and give! You may also login to your app by using the same email and password you created for the online giving platform on the parish website.
